Slithering in to celebrate these mesmerizing creatures that have fascinated us for centuries. From the majestic pythons to the sleek cobras, snakes are a vital part of our ecosystem and deserve our admiration. To create awareness and celebrate these amazing species, we reached out to 2 schools in Kotagiri and created awareness among more than 300 student and teachers along with the Kotagiri range forest staff. We discussed about the importance of snakes, their roles as ecosystem engineers and measures to prevent negative interactions between snakes and humans.
