Cairn Hill trail

Situated 2200m above sea level, the entrance road is flanked by dense cypress trees. Crafts Bazaar

A Traditional Crafts Bazaar was organized at the end of December. Kurumba, Irula, and Toda artisans presented their traditional knowledge and skills via handicraft stalls. Visitors to the Bee Museum were able to interact with the artisans and appreciate their art.  

Wetland Biodiversity survey

As part of a Keystone Foundation project on wetlands and their conservation, NNHS members participated in a series of biodiversity surveys at Taranad mund and Bison swamp on the 27th and 28th of December.
