Outreach Coordinator
We are looking for a person with passion to work in the Nilgiris on outreach projects focussed on conservation education. The NNHS Outreach Co-ordinator will spearhead outreach activities on conservation education and awareness among citizens and children. The person will be required to be located in the Nilgiris.
Important skills expected from the coordinator:
1. passion for nature conservation and willingness to learn on the job
2. people skills for communication and outreach, local language skills is an advantage
3. writing and creative mechanisms of outreach, computer skills for data and content management
4. ability to plan, implement nature activities and work with a diverse membership.
Other aspects: The person is expected to preferably reside in Kotagiri. Residence in Ooty/Coonoor may require excessive travel, but is not a disqualifying factor.

If you have the passion, inclination, and the time to spare on weekends, we would certainly like to have you join us in conducting an educational event in a school within the Nilgiris.
Keep us informed of your availability, and the location of your choice……Ooty/Coonoor/Kotagiri/Gudalur. We will reach out to you to assist us in conducting one of our events.
